Item Details

New Product

Add a new item or edit the selected product from the grid above.

Categories are managed in Storefront Builder.
Required. Inventory must be at least 1.
Leave blank if desired.

How It’s Made

Optional product details that help customers understand who made the item and how it was produced.

Product Variations Not added

Add product choices only when this item needs them. Examples may include size, style, color, finish, or quantity.

Variation Combinations

Each available combination can have its own price, stock, and storefront visibility.

Leave price or stock blank to use the product's base price or inventory. You can hide individual combinations without deleting them.

Custom Buyer Fields Not added

Collect names, messages, dates, selections, or other details from buyers. These fields do not create inventory variations.

Customer photo upload remains separate below because it controls production-image requirements and storage.

Customer Photo Upload

Use this for custom buttons, magnets, photo frames, puzzles, or any storefront item where the customer must send an image.

Example: use 2 for a double-sided keychain, 4 for a 2×2 photo puzzle set, or 9 for a 3×3 photo puzzle set.
The uploaded customer image is saved with the storefront order so it can show in Orders and be sent into Studio production.

Digital Product

Sell a downloadable file such as an STL, 3MF, OBJ, ZIP, PDF, or image pack. The file is stored privately and is only delivered to the customer by email after payment. Digital products skip shipping.

Product Images

Upload up to 4 images per product. Image 1 is the main product image. Crop before saving.

Package & Weight

Used for package planning and future automatic label rates. Use the store default package for most small items, or override for bulky/heavier products.

Weight after packaging. Leave blank to use the store default when package mode is default.
For a 4×8 bubble mailer, use 8 × 4 × 0.5 and around 2 oz as a starting point.

Shipping Profile

Choose whether this product uses the store-wide shipping rules or its own custom product shipping rate.

This overrides the store flat/additional-item logic for this product only.
