Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, using the Web Studio or Windows Desktop App, creating a storefront, event, or direct order link, or otherwise using ButtonMakerPro, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Accounts, Plans, Trials, and Access
ButtonMakerPro may offer free accounts, paid subscription plans, trials, promotional offers, and temporary access products such as a 24-Hour Pass. Features, limits, prices, and eligibility may vary by plan and may change over time.
- Free accounts may include selected design and project features subject to technical, storage, usage, or activity limits.
- Paid plans provide access to the features included with the selected plan while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
- A trial begins only when deliberately selected and may convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends.
- The 24-Hour Pass begins when activated, cannot be paused, and may exclude the Desktop App, storefront tools, analytics, Stripe Connect, shipping-label features, or other plan-specific tools.
- Upgrading, downgrading, cancellation, expiration, failed payment, chargeback, or refund may change or remove access.
Desktop App, Offline Use, and Synchronization
The Windows Desktop App may permit offline designing and printing for supported workflows. Internet access may still be required for account authentication, license verification, cloud synchronization, customer orders, events, storefronts, payments, shipping services, and other connected features.
When connectivity returns, eligible projects and production information may synchronize with cloud services. Users are responsible for reviewing synchronized data and maintaining appropriate backups of important business records.
Customer Orders, Storefronts, Events, and Direct Links
Vendors may create storefronts, event ordering pages, QR ordering pages, and direct order links. Customers may upload images, enter personalization details, choose products, select pickup or shipping, and submit payment where enabled.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, production estimates, shipping information, contact information, and policies. ButtonMakerPro does not independently verify all vendor content and does not guarantee product quality, safety, legality, availability, fulfillment, or delivery.
Payments, Stripe Connect, Taxes, and Chargebacks
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another supported provider. Vendors may connect their own payment accounts, and funds may be routed according to the connected provider's rules.
ButtonMakerPro LLC does not store complete payment-card numbers. Vendors are responsible for taxes, payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, reserves, negative balances, and compliance obligations connected to their sales unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Shipping and Third-Party Services
Shipping rates, labels, tracking, address validation, or related services may be provided through third-party carriers or shipping platforms. Availability is not guaranteed, and integrations may be added, changed, suspended, or removed.
Vendors remain responsible for packaging, carrier selection, label accuracy, postage, customs information, delivery problems, and customer communication.
Images, Fonts, Templates, QR Codes, and User Content
Users may upload images, logos, fonts, templates, product photographs, descriptions, QR content, and other materials. You retain ownership of content you lawfully own, but grant ButtonMakerPro a limited license to host, process, display, resize, synchronize, and transmit it as necessary to operate the requested features.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use all uploaded content. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, extremist, malicious, or otherwise prohibited material.
AI Features and Credits
ButtonMakerPro may provide AI-assisted features such as background removal, image enhancement, or content-generation tools. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing output and confirming that its use does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- AI features may require credits.
- Included monthly credits may reset and may not roll over.
- Purchased credit packs are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- Credit costs, features, providers, limits, and allocations may change.
Security, Monitoring, and Prohibited Use
ButtonMakerPro may collect and review technical and usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform. Users may not bypass paywalls, license validation, email verification, production limits, usage limits, or other access controls.
Reverse engineering, credential sharing, automated abuse, fraudulent activity, malware, phishing, unauthorized scraping, and interference with platform operation are prohibited.
Suspension, Termination, and Feature Changes
ButtonMakerPro may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, storefronts, trials, subscriptions, passes, content, or features for violations, suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, legal risk, payment problems, or conduct that may harm ButtonMakerPro, its users, vendors, customers, or the public.
Features may be introduced, modified, limited, or retired. ButtonMakerPro does not guarantee that every feature, integration, plan, template, or supported product will remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ButtonMakerPro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, business results, sales, print accuracy on every device, or compatibility with every printer, press, cutter, component, browser, or third-party service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ButtonMakerPro LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, interrupted business, vendor-customer disputes, shipping losses, or third-party service failures.
