This Privacy Policy explains how ButtonMakerPro LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when people use the ButtonMakerPro website, Web Studio, Windows Desktop App, events, direct order links, storefronts, customer ordering pages, and connected services.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, username, verification status, plan, and subscription status.
- Vendor business information, storefront settings, products, prices, policies, branding, and contact details.
- Customer order information such as name, email, optional phone number, order details, personalization, notes, pickup details, and shipping address where applicable.
- Uploaded images, logos, templates, fonts, product assets, QR content, previews, crops, and project data.
- Payment and billing status from Stripe or another payment provider, without storing complete card numbers.
- Usage and security information such as logins, browser or device information, feature usage, project and sheet activity, blocked actions, error information, and suspected abuse.
- Communications sent to support and information voluntarily provided through forms or messages.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, provide software features, synchronize projects, process orders, support vendors and customers, manage plans and access, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related information.
Vendor Access to Customer Information
Independent vendors can access customer information reasonably necessary to fulfill their orders, including contact details, uploaded artwork, personalization, pickup or shipping information, payment status, and order history.
Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for how they handle, retain, protect, and lawfully use customer information after receiving it through the platform.
Uploaded Images and Project Content
Uploaded images and project content may be stored and processed so users can design products, preview crops, build print sheets, fulfill orders, synchronize projects, and recover saved work.
Marketing or portfolio use of customer images will follow the choices and disclosures shown on the applicable order form. ButtonMakerPro does not sell uploaded images to third parties.
AI Processing
When a user chooses an AI-assisted feature, relevant content may be transmitted to a third-party AI or image-processing provider to perform the requested operation. AI providers may process technical information and submitted content according to their own service terms and privacy practices.
Do not submit highly sensitive content to an AI feature unless you are comfortable with the processing required to provide that feature.
Payments and Connected Accounts
Payments, subscriptions, connected vendor payment accounts, refunds, and payment disputes may be handled through Stripe or another supported processor. ButtonMakerPro receives payment status, transaction identifiers, connected-account information, and related records but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Shipping and Other Service Providers
Information may be shared with hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, payment, licensing, software-delivery, AI, shipping, address-validation, and carrier providers when necessary to operate the requested features.
Shipping addresses and order details may be shared with the vendor and relevant carrier or shipping provider to produce labels, calculate rates, track packages, and complete delivery.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Users may request account deletion by contacting support. Some billing, order, dispute, security, or legal records may be retained after deletion when required or reasonably necessary.
Children's Privacy
ButtonMakerPro is not intended for children to create independent business accounts without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Customers should not submit personal information about children beyond what is reasonably necessary for a lawful custom order.
Privacy Requests
Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is handled. Requests may be sent to support@buttonmakerpro.com. Identity verification may be required.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as ButtonMakerPro adds or changes plans, software features, storefront tools, payment options, shipping integrations, AI tools, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when material changes are published.
