ButtonMakerPro is a digital software subscription service. Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to software downloads, license activation, and premium features.

Because access is granted immediately after purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including:

Cancellation

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Customers retain access through their paid-through date.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact support within 14 days of the charge and provide your account email and purchase details.

ButtonMakerPro reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
