Keep this QR code for future event sessions

Reusable events keep one public link and QR code. Each new session receives its own dates, calendar entry, orders, and statistics.

Event Dates & Tracking Window

Use a single-day event or a date range for weekend or multi-day events. Orders can begin counting before the official start time.
Example: event starts at 10:00 AM, but tracking starts at 8:00 AM so early QR orders still count toward that event day. End-of-day tracking can later roll up sales by Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc.

Leave this off for a scheduled event. You can activate ordering early from Event Manager at any time.

Order confirmation, receipt, and pickup emails are sent from ButtonMakerPro. Customer replies will go to this address.

Vendor Notifications

Email me when a new event order is submitted

Leave blank to use your account notification email or account login email. Use this if the event should notify a different inbox.

Payment Settings

Choose how customers can pay for this event. Stripe checkout will be wired in after the vendor Stripe Connect setup is active.

Customer orders appear in Order Manager after submission. Additional automation features may be added later.

Products, pricing, and inventory

Choose the button sizes, add-ons, and active storefront products customers can purchase during this event.

Available Button Sizes & Pricing

Enable the sizes for this event. Select one default. Leave a quantity price blank to hide that quantity from customers.

Add-On Products & Accessories

Optional products that do not require an uploaded image, like frames, keychains, gift packaging, stands, or accessories. These add to the customer's total and show in Studio/order views for packing.

Customer Overlays & Stickers

Only overlays selected below appear on this event's order page. Locked overlays stay in the vendor-set position. Moveable overlays may be dragged and pinch-resized by the customer. Vendors may approve any number for the event. Each customer may apply up to 2 overlays per image.
