Customer Terms

By placing an order through a ButtonMakerPro storefront, event page, QR ordering page, or direct order link, you agree to these Customer Terms.

ButtonMakerPro's Role

ButtonMakerPro LLC provides software used by independent vendors to create listings, accept orders, collect customer uploads, process connected payments, and manage fulfillment.

Unless expressly identified as the seller, ButtonMakerPro LLC is not the seller, manufacturer, merchant of record, or fulfillment provider.

Orders and Customer Responsibility

Review the product, size, quantity, image crop, personalization, spelling, pricing, taxes, pickup or shipping option, production estimate, and vendor policy before submitting.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, addresses, images, and personalization you provide.

Uploaded Content and Proof Approval

You must own or have permission to use uploaded photos, logos, artwork, text, or other content. Content may not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

When a vendor offers a proof, approval means the vendor may begin production based on that proof. Changes requested after approval may be unavailable or may involve additional cost.

Custom Products and Production

Many products are personalized or made to order. Production may begin soon after submission or payment. Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds may be limited once production starts.

Payments, Taxes, and Chargebacks

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another supported provider connected by the vendor. Prices may include or add taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges.

A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically establish that the vendor failed to fulfill the order. Customers should contact the vendor first to attempt resolution.

Shipping and Pickup

Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping methods, carrier selection, pickup instructions, and delivery communication. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for following pickup instructions.

Refunds, Replacements, and Vendor Policies

Vendor-specific policies may be stricter than these general terms. Refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and corrections are controlled by the vendor, subject to applicable law.

Review the vendor's refund policy before placing an order.

Prohibited Products and Content

Customers may not order unlawful products or submit content that is infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, malicious, or otherwise prohibited. ButtonMakerPro or the vendor may reject or cancel content or orders that appear to violate platform rules or law.

Questions and Reports

Contact the vendor for product, customization, order status, shipping, pickup, refund, replacement, or damage questions.

Reports of fraud, prohibited content, intellectual-property infringement, or platform abuse may be sent to support@buttonmakerpro.com.
